Account Closure by Member

You can close your account at any time. Simply notify the support team by email and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Self-Exclusion

To help manage betting addiction, you can suspend your account for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Opening a new account during a self-exclusion period is strictly prohibited.
